Each mold is cleaned and waxed to ensure proper release before gel-coat is applied.
Decks and hulls are cured on the mold before pulling and made ready for assembly.
Multiple layers of mat and knitted fiberglass materials are hand layed into the hull for high impact resistance and structural strenght.
Polyurathene foam core is sandwiched between fiberglass laminates for maximum strength.
Protective flanges are cut away before hull and deck are fitted.
Hardware is through-bolted onto deck and hull before bonding together.
Fiberglass bonding putty is pumped on the floor, stringers and transom to bond deck and hull together.
Each boat is buffed and inspected before moving to final assembly.
Finishing touches, motors and final accessories are installed in the final assembly process.
